Embedding Nuevoplayer on website or a blog

1. Add Nuevoplayer javascript cource to <body>
<script id="nuevo" type="text/javascript" src="/nuevo/player.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

2. Create html element as player container in website <body> section
HTML element must have unique id, and be located where you want the player to appear

<div id="player">Loading the player ...</div>

Right below it, insert javascript Nuevoplayer setup code

<script type="text/javascript">
nvplayer.start( {
      id:'player',	// same as div id container
      regkey: xxxx,	// your registration key for flash player
      file: 'http.www.yourdomain.com/example.mp4',
      image: 'http.www.yourdomain.com/example.jpg',
      width:'740',	// player width
      height:'464'	// player height
});
</script>

3. Set player skin.
Note that you can set different player skin for desktop and html5 playback!

<script type="text/javascript">
nvplayer.start( {
      id:'player',	// same as div id container
      regkey: xxxx,	// your registration key for flash player
      file: 'http.www.yourdomain.com/example.mp4',
      image: 'http.www.yourdomain.com/example.jpg',
      width:'740',	// player width
      height:'464'	// player height
      skin:'silver'	// desktop skin
      skinhtml5:'shapes'  //HTML5 skin
});
</script>

4. Advanced options

Check list of all available options. You can use any of available options listed within player setup code.
However best solution is to gather all options in one configuraion XML file and assign URL
as global config option within player setup code, like in example below.

<script type="text/javascript">
nvplayer.start( {
      id:'player',	// same as div id container
      regkey: xxxx,	// your registration key for flash player
      config: 'http.www.yourdomain.com/config.xml',
      width:'740',	// player width
      height:'464'	// player height
});
</script>

And example configuration XML file, which may look like example below:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
<config>
   <regkey>license keylt;/regkey>
   <file>http://www.domain.com/video.mp4</file>
   <image>http://www.domain.com/images/some_image.jpg</image>
   <autostart>true</autostart>
   <volume>40</volume>
   <viral>true</viral>
   <usetooltips>false</usetooltips>
   .....
</config>

IMPORTANT
Remember to keep same syntax for http in URL for javascript player URL and configuration XML file!

For several video scripts supported by Nuevolab user does not have to bother about embedding player code or setting up configuration options. Player code is alreadys set for best performance and each player option is easily accesible from dedicated Nuevoplayer admin control panel, including built in advertising options.
For custom website, blog or CMS we offer Universal Nuevoplayer management script, which allows to generate player code to copy & paste on website or a blog. It allows to generate code for both single media file and playlist of multiple media files. Our Universal management script for Nueoplayer includes also advertising systems for 4 built-in advertising systems (preroll,midorll,overlay,ticker).
